The Staging Consultation is designed for sellers and real estate agents listing a home for sale. It provides a customized, actionable roadmap to maximize your home's appeal without the investment of full staging. Clients get a clear plan and the flexibility to do the work themselves, hire us, or work with another team to complete it. It's effective for both occupied and vacant properties.

Reserve Your Session
A 50% nonrefundable retainer secures your booking date and is applied to your service. You may reschedule once with at least a 48 hours’ notice and keep the retainer applied to your session. Cancellations or changes within 24 hours forfeit the retainer and are not eligible for rescheduling.
